Suspending and Unsuspending Mailboxes

To temporarily suspend e-mail services for a mailbox:

  1. On your Home page, click Mail.
  2. Click the e-mail address, whose e-mail services you wish to suspend.
  3. Click Mailbox in the Tools group.
  4. Clear the Mailbox check box.
  5. Click OK.

To resume e-mail services for a suspended mailbox:

  1. In your control panel, click Mail.
  2. Click the e-mail address, whose e-mail services you wish to resume.
  3. Click Mailbox in the Tools group.
  4. Select the Mailbox check box.
  5. Click OK.

To temporarily suspend e-mail services for all mailboxes in your domain:

  1. In your control panel, click Mail.
  2. Click Disable in the Tools group.

To resume e-mail services for all mailboxes in your domain:

  1. In your control panel, click Mail.
  2. Click Enable in the Tools group.
